I love, love this quote!l
“Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you’ll be able to see further.”
Thomas Carlyle
This is the moment when I need to say good bye. I have a disease that’s rare and looks a lot like MS, but we have our own set of letters: SCA. They stand for Spinocerebellar Ataxia. It has been my pleasure to share with you how I’ve maintained a large weight loss after fifty. My balance is terrible of course, but the SCA is now progressing into my reading and writing. I watch the science closely. Some days the science looks promising, other days not so much.
But just know that SCA is not how I’ve stayed trim for almost two decade now. I lost and maintained for many years before SCA became a problem.
If there is a way out of this, I will be back! In the meantime go xoxo your furry and feathery kids for me!!
♥, Wendy
